Refund and Return Policy for Cleanbina

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most products purchased from Cleanbina, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that are opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a return.
  • Non-returnable Products: Some items are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations, including beauty products, skincare, and personal care items that have been opened or used.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@cleanbina.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you would like to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization. You may be asked to provide pictures of the product to verify its condition.

  3. Return Shipping: Once you have received the Return Authorization, carefully pack the product(s) in its original packaging, if possible. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

  4. Shipping Address: You will receive the return address from our customer service team when your return is approved.

  5. Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is accepted, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the original transaction. If you paid via credit card, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our part.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to certain returns. This will be deducted from your refund amount. Restocking fees may apply if the returned product is not in its original condition or packaging.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue. We will:

  • Provide you with a return shipping label for the defective or damaged product.
  • Offer a full refund or send you a replacement product.

Please send pictures of the damaged or defective item when contacting us to help expedite the return process.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can still return the order following the standard return process once you receive it.

7. Refunds for Gift Purchases

If the item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method. If you are the recipient of the gift and would prefer store credit, please let us know, and we will issue you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.
